Mark Fetzer brings over 25 years of frontline experience to your training. A decorated Military Award Recipient, Mark has delivered life-saving safety protocols to the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. Since 1997, he’s served as an active Emergency Responder, Incident Commander, and Health & Safety Officer across multiple Navy installations.

With a background as an Industrial Hygienist, Environmental Site Auditor, and Inspector, Mark doesn’t just teach theory—he shares real-world lessons from high-stakes situations. His training connects directly to your crew’s daily operations, showing how each module can be applied to reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and build a resilient safety culture.

Mark is more than a trainer—he’s a lifelong resource. He remains available year-round to support his trainees with quick, practical guidance whenever safety questions arise on site.

From administrative coordination to accounting and certification management, Jo Ann keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She maintains secure backups of all certifications—so even if your system crashes, you’ll have immediate access to everything you need.

Fabiana Guzman Barron – Business Development Representative

Fabiana is a dynamic force in both public health and entrepreneurship. With a Master’s in Public Health and a strong background as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, she brings deep expertise in compliance, workplace safety, and community wellness.

Beyond her professional credentials, Fabiana is also a successful entrepreneur. She founded and grew a thriving dance studio in Boston, employing some of the city’s most talented performers and building a vibrant creative community from the ground up.

Now, she’s channeling that same energy and vision into expanding our business across Massachusetts. Her rare blend of health and safety knowledge, business acumen, and creative leadership makes her an invaluable asset to our team—and we’re thrilled to have her driving growth and innovation.
